ALEXANDRA MENDOZA
Founder & Property Manager
Alexandra started her real estate career in 2012 after serving 4yrs in the Marine Corps. The military and real estate sent her across the nation where she assisted in building real estate companies and developing strategies for growth & development. She founded Allegiance Property Management in 2015. Since then Alexandra has nurtured growth in her Dallas office and has branched into Southern Idaho after she moved to Idaho to be closer to family
JULIE SPERLAZZA
Leasing & inspections
Julie is our ‘boots on the ground’. She conducts our inspections, assists with showings for perspective tenants, and assists the office with any other needed tasks such as: vacancy checks, posting notices, and meeting with owners or contractors at the properties. Julie’s experience having owned & managed a 12-unit townhome complex for several years and her attention to detail make her a great asset to the team.
