We want you to know that we have a vested interest in ensuring that you have a consistent and dedicated experience with your investment property and Allegiance Property Management.
We put this guarantee in writing to help you understand how committed to our clients we truly are!
*COMMON SENSE CONDITIONS
- Cancellation of agreement based on intention of sale/transfer or actual loss of property is not valid.
- Client must be customer of Allegiance Property Management for a minimum of 2 months.
- Client agrees to clearly outline reasons for cancellation of agreement with Allegiance Property Management.
- The Happiness Guarantee is solely designed to give you, the homeowner, peace of mind that you have accountability over the services you will be provided.
